Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 13, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Lumo, including people with disabilities. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, which is also the basis of the Israeli standard IS 5568.
What we’ve done
- Pages can be used with a keyboard, and the focused element is always outlined.
- Buttons, form fields and videos have text labels for screen readers, and form errors are announced.
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Text and controls are designed with readable contrast, and pages work when zoomed and on small screens.
Known limitations
Lumo is still in development. Some parts of the Studio editor and some example videos may not yet be fully accessible. For example, example videos don’t have audio descriptions. We are working on these and fix problems as we find them.
Report a problem
If something in Lumo is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email our accessibility contact at supportbylumo@gmail.com. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply as soon as we can.
